Overview
Therefore, to fully test the market and allow SMEs to have the opportunity to bid, it is decided that an open market is the best approach. Tenders will be evaluated following the process below: 1.

The service currently demonstrates a high level of support across all ages and conditions, including people with mental health distress, learning disabilities, neurodivergent needs and people living with dementia
