ESPO is a public sector-owned professional buying organisation offering a comprehensive range of procurement services, including access to over 100 free-to-access framework solutions for the wider public sector. We are establishing a framework for the supply of grounds maintenance machinery, including spare parts and maintenance services.

The Framework is divided into 9 lots. Please refer to the tender documents for any further details (including further details on each of the lots) - the closing date for submission of Tenders is 12:00 (12 noon / 12pm) on 04 September 2026.

Lot 1 covers the supply of mowers and associated equipment, including spare parts and maintenance services. Lot 2 covers the supply of Hedge Cutters, Chainsaws, Blowers, Vacuums and Strimmers, including spare parts and maintenance services.

Lot 3 covers the supply of Sprayers, Spreaders and Water Pumps, including spare parts and maintenance services. Lot 4 covers the supply of Tractors, including spare parts and maintenance services.

Lot 5 covers the supply of Trailers, including spare parts and maintenance services. Lot 6 covers the supply of Quad Bikes and Utility Vehicles, including spare parts and maintenance services.

Lot 7 covers the supply of Woodchippers and Shredders, including spare parts and maintenance services. Lot 8 covers the supply of Rollers, including spare parts and maintenance services. Lot 9 covers the supply of Plant Machinery, including spare parts and maintenance services.
