Additional details
This Tender process is for the procurement of Multi-award Contracts on a no guarantee of work basis, to an unlimited number of providers through one tender process for the duration of the contract. In addition to the Tender, the Council may make use of User Choice Direct Award contracts where appropriate under the Procurement legislation to ensure Children and Young People are allocated a service in a timely manner to ensure their needs are met.
I.e. This is likely to be where there are capacity issues amongst the successful providers awarded a contract under the Tender and there is urgent need for a placement to be made.
