Overview
Plymouth City Council would like to invite providers to an initial market engagement session to help shape the future 16+ Supported Accommodation Framework and block. It is proposed to commission a five-year framework contract, with the option to extend for a further three years, for 16+ supported accommodation. We would also like to use this opportunity to understand the market's appetite and capacity to deliver accommodation and support for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, and how this could be reflected within the future lot design.Ahead of the session, we will share a first draft of the service specification to allow providers time to review the proposals and identify any areas for discussion.
Lots (3)

- Lot 2Spot-purchased provision within Plymouth and within a 20-mile radius
- Lot 3Spot-purchased provision outside of a 20-mile radius
