An ESPO national framework agreement for the supply, fit and refurbishment of a number of types of floor coverings such as carpet, vinyl, rubber, linoleum, laminate and hardwood. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the framework agreement.
