1516-1086 Refurbishment of Town Hall plant room, new boilers/flues/controls and associated works

Islington Council invites suitable expressions of interest from suppliers for the refurbishment of the existing plant room, removal of boilers and installation of new condensing boilers with new flues/controls and all associated works Current status / Background The existing modular boilers are functional but reaching the end of their economic life. Of the 4 boilers within the plant room one is now non-functional and parts are no longer available.

The Council wishes to upgrade the system to provide a highly efficient heating system. Water heating is via a separate system.
