The authority are looking for a music education digital resource specialist to provide a comprehensive package of musical programmes and resources which are accessible to thousands of classroom teachers, music tutors and young people. This digital learning requirement is for three strands of work to be provided for – A resource for curriculum and instrumental teachers, a resource to support the singing strategy across Essex, and a resource for students to explore multi-track and sequencing techniques and creativity using music technology.

There will be a need and expectation for the successful bidder to provide an on-going CPD programme for schools to benefit from, to enable generalist teachers to fully understand how to best use the resources that are on offer.
