Wakefield Council intends to commission an overnight short break provision for adults with learning disabilities and or Autism to have pre-booked overnight stays away from home. The Service will operate seven days per week / 365 days per year and will be provided within two Council owned 4-bed residential units (‘the Service’). One unit is located in Normanton and the other is in the Thornes Park area of Wakefield.
