Overview
The London Borough of Sutton is required to produce and publish a Supported Housing Strategy in line with the Housing Act 2003, the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act 2023, and relevant statutory guidance issued by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC). The strategy will form part of the Council's statutory approach to understanding, planning for and shaping supported housing provision in the borough, including exempt accommodation. LBS has commissioned an independent service provider to lead the production of a Supported Housing needs assessment & analysis, strategy and associated delivery plan, and to lead writing the strategy facilitating input from local partners and stakeholders.
