Newry, Mounre & Down District Council is looking for a dog kennelling service provider to run a facility that looks after stray, abandoned, or seized dogs. You'll need to run a secure, professional kennels that can handle varying numbers of dogs, follow all animal welfare laws, keep good records, and work closely with council staff.

This is a 6-week refurbishment project for Altnaveigh House, a community facility that will remain open during the work. You'll handle a mix of mechanical and electrical upgrades, general repairs, bathroom systems, fire door replacement, electrical wiring, plumbing, and CCTV installation. The contract uses the NEC4 ECSC Short Contract framework, which is a standard UK construction contract template.
