271 - Coleg Gwent skills partnership contract and quality framework - expressions of interest

This is to give the market notice that we are hoping to release a tender for a framework for Skills Partnership suppliers in a weeks time. there will be 2 lots . Lot 1 is for NVQ's, and lot 2 is for Personal learning or upskill or reskill employed learners.

We aim to release the tender in a weeks time, the framework will be an open framework for one year, which will be closed, then opened after the year, so suppliers can tender to join again for another year. the second year will be closed also. All docs on the requirement will be released in Bravo etendering portal next week .
