Overview
To provide Fraud investigation services. To ensure that our properties are occupied by the rightful tenants and investigate statutory sales applicants that have been referred.
Ensuring the risk to the business of social housing fraud is minimised. Output Technical Specification: Interim and final investigation reports to be submitted in writing, detailing investigative actions taken and evidentiary basis for decision and recommendations.
Investigations and reporting to be in compliance with Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE). Investigating Officer must be able to produce written witness statements for Court and be able to attend and submit evidence in person. Monthly review meetings to take place throughout the lifespan of the contract.
