Overview

West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (WDHSCP) is seeking to establish a Flexible Framework for the provision of additional support services for adults aged 18–65. Services will support individuals with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, physical disabilities, cognitive impairments, sensory impairments and mental health conditions.

The Framework will operate on a flexible basis, allowing new providers to apply for admission throughout its term. Provision of additional support services for adults aged 18–65 with learning disabilities, including those with complex needs and behaviours that challenge.

Services will be person centred, outcomes focused and delivered in line with Self Directed Support Option 2 and Option 3. Providers will support individuals to live independently within their communities and work in partnership with the HSCP and other agencies.

Providers must demonstrate the capability to deliver services across multiple client groups including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, cognitive impairments, sensory impairments and mental health.
