Overview
The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (SCTS) is seeking to procure a contractor to carry out statutory inspections, testing and certification of all plant and lift equipment in accordance with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER), The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and relevant British Standards. Services must include thorough examinations, identification of defects, prioritised recommendations and timely provision of all compliance documentation.
All work must be completed by a competent, qualified person and conducted safely with minimal disruption to operations throughout the SCTS estate.
