The University of Edinburgh wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of "Evidence for Scotland’s Heat Transition – Clean Heat Retrofit Modelling and Recoverable Heat Sources" as outlined in Schedule 3 - Statement of Requirements. This Invitation to Tender ("ITT") is for an Open procedure which shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations 2015 to establish a Framework Agreement.
ClimateXChange(CXC) wishes to commission research and analysis to support the Scottish Government as it develops policies on reducing emissions, adapting to the impacts of climate change and enabling a just transition to net zero. Including the development of modelling that can be used to investigate the balance and trade-offs between investments in energy efficiency and clean heating measures.
