Insourced Services to Support the Provision of Healthcare Services Framework Agreement (“Framework Agreement”) ref. RM6276 entered into between North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, as the lead Authority acting on behalf of the NHS Workforce Alliance, and the Supplier

award to the existing provider under Direct Award Process C. Additional information: This Notice, acts as an Intension to Award Notice for the below service.

This activates the Mandatory 8 day standstill period. 1. A statement that the relevant authority is intending to award a contract to an existing provider following Direct Award Process C.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.

Written representations to the relevant authority must be made before midnight at the end of the 8th working day after the day the standstill period begins 25/5/2025. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR

Quality and Innovation – The provider is flexible on location and aligns to ESNEFT quality requirements. 2. Value – The provider meets the internal value for money target at 70% of tariff. 3.

Integration, collaboration, and service sustainability – The provider are currently working in the department and following local protocols using trust owned equipment. 4. Improving access, reducing health inequalities, and facilitating choice – The provider scans across all trust sites including the Community Diagnostic Centres 5.

Social Value – The provider are trained and use the trust EPR system. They scan across all trust sites including the Community Diagnostic Centres
