Overview
NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 May 2026 for the following reason: This addendum is to clarify the term of contract being advertised. Where the original notice indicated a 12 month term - this would apply to the Museum's Creative Programming only.
For the purposes of London Museum Trading Limited's requirements, any potential contract would be between 3-5 years to promote best value and efficiency for the commercial team's event operations. Any expressions of interest are therefore asked to consider this as potential commitments would therefore be long term.(This notice is to advertise requests for potential suppliers to download a submit a response to an Expression of Interest Questionnaire.
This is to seek intelligence on potential suppliers in the market to provide the Museum with services as a Production Partner. This would involve providing relevant AV services to facilitate the delivery of the Museum's ongoing creative programmes whilst also providing services to support and delivery it's commercial hire team with any relevant AV requirements to deliver corporate events.
